The 1 3/4 “ crucifix is adorned with shamrocks, St. Patrick’s symbol for the Trinity. The floral Marian center and crucifix are hand cast in sterling silver from vintage pieces. The Paters are carved natural quartz crystal, accented with small sterling silver beads. The 1 1/2” Celtic crucifix is of sterling silver, as well as the wreathed Marian centerpiece. Text Box: Casting Out Evil This rosary features a center depicting St. Patrick casting out the poisonous snakes. Ave beads are 8mm kambaba jasper, a dark green and black gemstone from South Africa. Paters are 10mm faceted natural quartz crystal accented with a bit of onyx and sterling. The 1 ¾” crucifix is adorned with shamrocks in keeping with the St. Patrick theme. Center and crucifix are hand cast in sterling silver from vintage pieces. May the intercession of Our Lady and St. Patrick continue to drive out the poisonous vipers of sin and evil in our world today. Total length of this rosary is 23 inches. SOLD

The sparkling clear glass spacer beads nicely complement the moss agate. Beads are 8mm, Paters capped in sterling. Text Box: Irish Penal Rosary This one-decade rosary features a 2” Irish penal crucifix. Beads are green jade cubes with a natural quartz crystal Pater capped with bronze and Swarovski crystals. Rosary ring is meant to be moved from finger to finger to count the decades. Crucifix and ring hand cast in bronze from vintage pieces. The total length of this chaplet is 12 inches. Sold

 

 

Text Box: Rustic Celtic Rosary Although I’ve never been to Ireland, the muted, mottled, mossy greens and browns in this Celtic rosary remind me of those pictures of the endless, idyllic rolling hills of that country where sheep forever safely graze. The Aves are 8mm rhyolite, with olive and bronze colored glass seed beads as spacers in between. The Paters are 10mm hand carved antique-finished bone beads accented with bronze colored pewter rounds. The bone is a stark contrast with the warm tones of the rhyolite, as the beauty of Ireland belies its tumultuous history. This rosary has a bronze 1 1/2” Celtic crucifix and Sacred Heart centerpiece.
